Inside Sales Representative

 

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for selling KloudScript’s services models to pharmacy owners across the country and why providing specialty pharmaceutical services and specialty care is critical to their long-term survival. Your job will be to present the specialty solution for these pharmacy owners and ensure a smooth sales process. The ISR must be friendly, well-spoken and ready to seal the deal! Additionally, the ISR will attend and present our services to pharmacy owners at Conferences and Network Events. The KloudScript Sales Team will provide you with comprehensive and ongoing training to familiarize you with our products, services, and technology as well as with all aspects of the sales cycle. From there, your success will be driven by your personal motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with prospective clients to build concrete pharmacy network development.

Essential Functions

  • Identifying qualified prospective clients through the internet, social media, and over the phone which will develop loyal customer relationships
  • Making effective telephone presentations to prospective, clearly communicating the competitive advantage that attending our conferences will bring to their businesses
  • Closing new business
  • Thoroughly and accurately recording all sales information through our CRM Software and Excel
  • Generating and following up on leads through intensive business-to-business cold calling (an average of 50 calls/day)
  • Researching and deepening your subject knowledge of conference topics
  • Meeting or exceeding all performance goals on a consistent basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, communication or a business administration field
  • Strong cold-calling and prospective skills/techniques
  • Tech Savvy (i.e. Internet and Social Media)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great Closing Skills
  • Great Research Skills
  • Confident, positive and disciplined attitude
  • Ability o easily handle rejection
  • Excellent telephone skills and the motivation to make over 50 calls or more per day
  • 2-3 years’ work experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
